On 14 August 2015, Viva Energy Geelong notified EPA that its sulphur dioxide emissions had likely breached its licence conditions.
EPA will analyse the data now provided by Viva and could issue a remedial notice, and if necessary, undertake sanctions to hold Viva to account for its environmental obligations.
