Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) is inviting community members to attend a drop-in information session in Poowong on Wednesday, 9 September to discuss GBP Australia’s Works Approval application to construct a high temperature rendering plant at their Poowong abattoir.
The session will be held at the Poowong Football Club Hall, Poowong, on Wednesday 9 September 2015 from 3pm until 7pm. EPA and GBP Australia’s representatives will be available to discuss the project and the Works Approval processes. The community is encouraged to drop in at any time during these hours to learn more about the proposal and EPA’s assessment process.
