Victoria’s air quality – 2006

Victoria’s air quality in 2006 was generally good, although major bushfires throughout 2006 led to many days of poor air quality due to high levels of particles. Under climate change Victoria is predicted to become hotter and drier. As a result bushfires and dust storms are expected to become more frequent and continue to affect our air quality.
