Licence assessment guidelines

It is a requirement of all licences issued by EPA Victoria that licence-holders have a monitoring program that enables them and EPA to determine compliance with their licence. EPA expects businesses to have robust systems and processes in place to ensure that performance against the licence is adequately assessed and demonstrated. These guidelines are designed to provide adequate guidance for licence-holders of single-site, corporate and accredited licences to establish an appropriate monitoring program on their own. This replaces publication 1321.1, released May 2010.
