EPA considers aircon-friendly residential noise regulations
EPA has flagged some changes to residential noise regulations, and is looking closely at how long and how late we can use our air conditioners in summer. The regulations cover noise from a range of common household items, including air conditioners.

Energy Brix application to build asbestos landfill site at Morwell approved by EPA
As required by the Environment Protection Act 1970, Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) has considered an application from Energy Brix Australia Corporation Pty Ltd (EBAC) to construct an asbestos landfill facility on the site of the old Morwell power station.

EPA receives 12 Apostles development application
Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) has received a works approval* application from 12 Apostles Hot Springs Pty Ltd to construct onsite waste water treatment plants. These will service a proposed geothermal hot springs project on Booringa Road, Princetown.
